Sale
This
page features E.J. McConnell, Inc. Terms of Sale, and a bid form which

Note:
No buyers Premium added to any lot!
- All
bids are per lot as printed. The right is reserved to withdraw any lot
prior to sale.
- The
highest bidder shall prevail.
- Bids
well below the estimate will have little chance of success. No bids
will be accepted under $5.00
- All
stamps are MNH unless otherwise specified.
- Prices
listed are either: actual realized prices, catalogue prices, or retail
estimates, as described.
- All
lots are sold genuine. Should any lot be proven otherwise by written
opinion of a responsible authority, a full refund will be made on lots
returned within 6 months of sale. We are not responsible for any charges
incurred by the buyer for expertise fees and costs.
- Seven
day return privilege for refund or exchange for lots found to be incorrectly
described.
- Successful
bidders will be notified within a fews weeks after sale closes. Payment
due upon receipt if invoice.
- Buyer
pays all postage/handling. Costs will be added to purchase (invoice).
- Shipments
will be made after payment is received.

- N.Y. residents
please add sales tax.
- Shipping
within
U.S. : All orders are sent first class or certified mail.
- Orders
under $150 are charged a $4.00 for shipping and insurance.
- Orders
over $150 or oversized items will be charged extra.
- Shipping
outside U.S. : All orders are sent Registered, Insured unless requested
otherwise. Please add $10.00.
- SATISFACTION
GUARANTEED! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return
it within 10 days for a prompt refund or exchange.
